Otoe Missouria Group, LLC (OMG) seeks a seasoned Director of Finance to lead financial operations, planning, and strategic financial initiatives for a mid-sized federal contracting organization. This role partners with senior leadership to ensure financial integrity and operational excellence across the business.

The ideal candidate will drive budgeting, forecasting, and ERP system governance (FAR/DFARS compliance, DCAA readiness, cost allocation) while developing a high-performing finance team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or closely related field required; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in mid-sized organizations (ideally $15–$50M revenue).
• Proven expertise in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with government contracting finance, FAR/DFARS, contract billing, and audit readiness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning to support growth.
• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, cash flow management, and statements.
• Own ERP system governance related to financial management, ensuring data integrity and FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to senior management.
• Drive risk management, controls, and regulatory compliance across finance functions.
• Mentor finance staff and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enable scalable growth.
