Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in accounting required or CPA/MBA preferred.
• Five+ years’ experience as a financial administrator or similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience creating financial statements and managing month-end/year-end close.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial and accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, inventory accounting and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Evaluate and enhance financial controls and tax return procedures.
• Maximize returns on cash and improve closing and reporting cycles.
• Lead audits and coordinate external audits; support CFO and management on special projects.
