Job summary

IntellaTriage seeks an experienced Controller to lead and scale our accounting organization in the Nashville area. Reporting to the CFO, you will own financial reporting, internal controls, tax compliance, and treasury management as our company grows.

The ideal candidate brings deep U.S. GAAP expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of building scalable finance processes. The role is based in Brentwood, TN, with a high-visibility leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Active CPA license required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing an accounting team.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations.
• Establish and improve accounting policies and internal controls.
