Responsibilities

• Own project cost control systems across a portfolio of active construction projects.
• Partner with project managers and superintendents to monitor cost‑to‑complete, earned value, and schedule performance.
• Review pay applications, subcontractor billings, and cost forecasts for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify cost trends, risks, and variances and drive corrective action plans with project teams.
• Maintain and improve WBS structures, cost codes, and reporting templates for consistency across projects.
• Lead monthly project cost reviews with PMs, executives, and finance stakeholders.
