Job summary

Circle K in Tempe, AZ, seeks a seasoned Director of Finance to lead planning, forecasting and financial reporting. You will manage capital budgets, ROI analyses, and vendor relationships while guiding a growing finance team.

This role requires a strong track record in financial leadership and strategic decision support for senior management. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 10+ years of experience including 3 in management, and proficiency with LongView, MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience, including 3 years of management responsibility.
• Experience with LongView budget/consolidation tool and PD.
• MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and analyzes financial data to inform planning and control.
• Develops forecasts, budgets, and financial models for site-level planning.
• Oversees capital expenditure proposals and ROI analyses.
• Prepares financial reports and interprets results for senior management.
• Leads Finance Team, including hiring, coaching, and development.
