KC Store Fixtures is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee its finance operations, provide strategic financial guidance, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role requires a strong background in accounting (including cost accounting) and experience managing A/R, A/P, payroll, and the general ledger.

You will develop policies, implement KPI tracking, coach the finance team, and partner with department heads on budgets and cost-saving initiatives while ensuring HIPPA and HR

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or 10 years’ experience in Accounting.
• Minimum five years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with NetSuite.
• Experience in Accounting practices.
• Experience with HR related practices.
• Strong to expert level understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, and auditing.
• Efficient time management skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Ability to build grow and develop individuals and a team.
• Solid organization and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee organizational financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage Accounting department and all tasks, projects, workflows, and assignments.
• Oversee A/R, A/P, and payroll operations.
• Develop, manage and enforce Accounting/Financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare, analyze and submit financial statements, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Provide financial insights and projections to support decision-making.
• Utilize cost accounting to track and optimize expenses.
• Oversee day-to-day financial activities including payroll and general ledger.
• Collaborate with departments to review cost data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work with department heads to create and monitor budgets.
• Oversee development and implementation of process improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance management for department staff.
• Cash handling including bank deposits.
• Oversee and coordinate employee benefit program, vendors, and HR compliance reporting.
• Maintain personnel records, workers compensation records, OSHA logs.
• Adheres to HIPPA regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Onboarding of new employees and HR-related issues including adherence to the company handbook.
