Job summary

MSIG USA seeks a senior financial leader to oversee tax, accounting, and reporting activities for the organization. The role directs statutory and GAAP reporting, tax compliance, and risk assessment across the enterprise.

The position leads the Corporate Accounting and Tax teams, partners with senior leadership, and ensures data accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to the Tokyo Head Office and regulators as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Proven experience in statutory and GAAP financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tax and Corporate Accounting functions.
• Coordinate with external auditors, actuaries, and regulators.
• Oversee statutory and GAAP financial statement preparation and regulatory reporting.
• Develop leaders and manage a high-performing team.
