Job summary

MSIG USA, the US-based subsidiary of MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, seeks a Director, Delegated Program Finance Business Partner to lead finance for delegated programs. You will oversee financial reporting, governance, and risk, while guiding a team of Senior Accountants.

The role partners with underwriting, claims, actuarial, and data teams to optimize performance and compliance. The position drives the operating model, standardizes processes, and leads automation across bordereaux, reporting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience in P&C insurance.
• Experience with delegated authority, program business, premium accounting, or related insurance finance functions.
• Proven leadership experience managing accounting/finance professionals.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, close, reconciliations, and audit support.
• Experience leading finance transformation, automation, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the Senior Accountant, Delegated Program Finance Business Partners.
• Own financial reporting, accounting oversight, reconcilia­tions, settlements, and close activities.
• Oversee bordereaux governance, data quality, and operational coordination.
• Establish and maintain control and governance frameworks for delegated programs.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and cross-functional process improvements.
• Partner with Delegated Underwriting and other stakeholders on performance and priorities.
