AccruePartners seeks a senior finance leader to own the financial health and performance of a multi-entity organization. You will drive the monthly close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management while partnering with Operations and Executive leadership to deliver actionable insights.

You will influence profitability, working capital, and inventory performance, shaping strategic planning and process improvements across the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Experience owning the monthly close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proven ability to partner with operations leaders and translate financial data into business insights.

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
• Deliver meaningful financial insights to support executive decision-making and growth initiatives.
• Drive accountability around KPIs, inventory performance, working capital, and margin improvement.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes to scale with the business.
• Act as a bridge between Finance and Operations to support strategic decisions.
