AccruePartners in Charlotte seeks an experienced FP&A leader to join a growing, PE-backed finance team. You will partner with senior leaders to model EBITDA, cash flow, and ROI, guiding strategic investments and performance initiatives across the enterprise.

You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations, influence decision-making, and help shape financial strategies in a fast-paced environment. This role offers visibility and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Progressive FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance experience at Senior Manager or Director level.
• Experience in private equity-backed portfolio companies is strongly preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and profitability evaluation skills.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to influence decisions with data.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior finance leadership and cross-functional leaders to provide strategic financial insights.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated models focused on EBITDA, cash flow, revenue, profitability, and ROI.
• Evaluate strategic investments and transformation initiatives for long-term value.
• Drive planning and analysis to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, and improve profitability and cash generation.
• Create financial frameworks, reporting capabilities, and KPIs aligned to priorities.
• Collaborate across teams to assess opportunities, set accountability, and measure outcomes.
• Prepare analyses and business cases for senior leadership with clear recommendations.
• Apply hands-on analysis while maintaining a strategic view in a growing organization.
