Job summary

Pathfinder seeks a Controller to provide financial leadership, oversee the Accounting Team, and ensure accurate reporting while guiding audits. You will partner with leaders to drive financial insight and support organizational goals.

Lead budgeting processes, manage the annual plan, and strengthen internal controls to sustain Pathfinder's mission and growth with a focus on compliance and strategic resource management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• Experience leading accounting teams and managing audits.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Accounting Team.
• Oversee timely and accurate monthly financial statements and close processes.
• Manage internal and external audits, including regulatory reporting.
• Partner with senior leaders to discuss budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
• Develop and enforce policies and internal controls to support compliance.
