Job summary

Pathfinder Services, Inc. in Huntington, IN, is seeking a Controller to provide financial leadership, oversee the accounting team, and ensure accurate, timely reporting. The role partners with senior leaders to align financial management with Pathfinder's mission.

You will manage audits, lead the annual budget process, and drive internal controls and continuous improvement. A Bachelor's in accounting or finance and at least five years in finance with leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 5 years in finance with leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Experience with audits and regulatory reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounting Team and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Manage annual financial audit and other audits.
• Partner with leaders to provide financial insights and support.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Maintain internal controls and drive process improvements.
