Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of Controller/CFO experience.
• Strong leadership and executive presence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly/annual financial reporting by location.
• Lead financial due diligence for mergers & acquisitions.
• Supervise accounting operations, systems, and staff.
• Manage month-end close and cash flow planning.
• Maintain banking relationships and vendor partnerships.
• Supervise AR management and collections guidance.
