Job summary

Ultimate Jet Vacations seeks a Controller to own accounting operations, strengthen internal controls, and deliver reliable financial reporting. You will lead process improvements, guide the accounting team, and partner with leadership to drive profitable growth.

The role requires 5–7 years of accounting experience, TRAMS proficiency, and strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge. Hospitality/travel industry exposure is a plus; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting or controllership experience.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting in a multi-entity environment.
• Advanced proficiency with TRAMS and Excel financial modeling.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and audits coordination experience.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and finance automation is preferred.
• Hospitality, travel, or service industry experience is a plus.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cost accounting, and treasury management.
• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with continuous improvement.
• Prepare and review internal and external financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Develop, implement, and improve accounting policies and internal controls; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; liaison with auditors and regulators.
• Drive cash flow forecasting, expense optimization, and financial planning.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team; partner with executives on strategy.
