Job summary

Ultimate Jet Vacations is seeking a Controller to serve as a strategic partner, owning the integrity of accounting operations and strengthening financial controls. You will guide the accounting team, provide accurate reporting, and enable data-driven, profit-focused decisions.

You will lead process improvements, manage GAAP-compliant statements, and collaborate with executives to scale financial operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required; CPA preferred.
• 5–7 years in progressive accounting or controllership roles.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and audits experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including ledgers, AP/AR, cost, and treasury.
• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end closes with process improvements.
• Ensure accurate GAAP financial statements and reporting.
• Develop internal controls and tax compliance programs.
• Coordinate internal and external audits with regulators.
