• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Experience managing a complex organizational budget.
• Proven leadership and people development skills.
• Strong non-profit GAAP knowledge and financial reporting.
• Ability to translate financial data for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Organizational Financial Leadership & Strategy: Serve as financial thought partner to organizational leadership and translate strategy into financial implications and forecasts.
• Financial Management & Reporting: Lead the accounting and financial reporting functions; own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Planning, Forecasting & Decision Support: Lead or contribute to budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and long-range financial planning.
• Systems, Processes, Controls & Risk: Build financial infrastructure; maintain internal controls; ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Team & Cross-Functional Leadership: Coach and develop the finance team; partner with leaders to improve resource stewardship.
