Job summary

You will shape the financial future, lead budgeting and forecasting, manage cash flow and capital allocation, and drive KPI dashboards using Power BI/Tableau.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in both public and private sectors.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and revenue recognition expertise.
• Experience with multi-entity reporting and strategic financial leadership.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and customer success teams.
• Experience in property management, professional services, or financial services preferred.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities; growth mindset toward scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and monthly close.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with data-driven insights.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, and capital allocation.
• Design and manage financial models and KPIs using Power BI or Tableau.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with leadership to align financial goals with company strategy; drive automation and system improvements.
• Lead the finance team and support M&A activities and multi-entity operations.
