Job summary

Ultipro in Rutledge, GA is seeking a senior Finance leader to partner with the President and Executive Team, guiding the finance function and business strategy. You will oversee the monthly and year-end close, manage the D365 ERP migration, and drive cost control and performance analysis across operations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance or accounting is required; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical and cost accounting foundation with ERP experience.
• Experience leading finance teams and implementing ERP migrations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner to the President and Executive Team in strategy development and execution.
• Lead the closing process for monthly and year-end cycles per policy.
• Oversee Credit, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
• Manage D365/ERP migration initiatives and cross-functional IT collaboration.
• Coordinate audits and ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies.
• Develop metrics, monitor performance, and mentor staff.
