Job summary

Parkson Corporation is seeking a Controller to lead the Accounting function and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting. This hands-on role owns monthly close, statements, controls, audits, and policy compliance while building and mentoring the Accounting team.

The Controller partners with CFO and operations to explain results, drive profitability, and coordinate with the parent company Finance team to align reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA required; MBA preferred but not required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience (Controller/Finance leader).
• Strong ERP knowledge, internal controls, and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.
• Lead external audits and coordinate supporting documentation.
• Partner with the parent Finance team for reporting and analysis.
• Lead and develop the Accounting team with clear accountability.
