Qualifications

• B. Com / B.C.S / M. Com / MBA / BBA / BBM or equivalent commerce degree.
• 5-6 years of related experience.
• Professional certifications preferred: CPA, CFP, CMA, CA, CGA, or APICS.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Perform variance analysis of actual results vs forecast.
• Develop detailed commentary to changes in forecasts and deviations from metrics.
• Liaise between financial departments and regional/local finance managers.
• Assist in quarterly reviews and year-end audit activities.
• Perform inventory analysis and monitor KPIs.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts with sub-ledger.
