Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance experience in engineering, construction, or project-based business
• 5+ years of management experience
• Experience with project accounting, revenue recognition, WIP, forecasting and working capital
• CPA and/or advanced degree would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer accounting and financial reporting operations
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Manage internal controls and risk management
• Coordinate audits and tax compliance
• Lead the accounting department and develop staff
• Oversee cash management and debt servicing
