You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and analyses, manage cash flow, and mentor the accounting team while partnering with executives to drive financial performance and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with project accounting, revenue recognition, WIP, forecasting and working-capital management.
• Strong leadership and team-building with experience managing diverse teams.
• Strategic thinker with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis expertise.
• Proficient with accounting software, ERP systems, and financial modeling tools.
• Able to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, GAAP/IFRS compliance and project accounting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis processes.
• Coordinate audits and maintain internal controls.
• Lead accounting department and develop staff.
