Job summary

Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc. is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to guide financial policy, planning, and performance across the firm.

The CFO will partner with the CEO and Board to shape capital strategy, oversee GAAP reporting, internal controls, and financial operations in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment. The role requires 5+ years of progressive leadership, CPA or MBA preferred, and experience in professional services or engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 3 years in management.
• Experience in professional services, engineering, or consulting industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and executive leadership for the firm.
• Direct accounting and finance functions with GAAP reporting.
• Develop and oversee capital structure, cash management, and risk management.
• Lead M&A evaluation and post-merger integration efforts.
• Oversee procurement, IT, and office/administrative finance operations.
