Job summary

You will implement policies and controls, optimize systems, and partner with senior management to safeguard financial health. This leadership role requires 7–10 years of accounting experience, including 3–5 years as a controller, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and CPA or CMA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years of accounting experience, with at least 3–5 years in a controller position.
• CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting and tax filings.
• Lead budgeting process and present budgets to management.
• Conduct financial forecasting to guide strategic decisions and assess risks.
• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and forecast liquidity.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure timely completion.
• Provide financial analysis to support capital investments and cost reductions.
• Serve as a financial advisor to senior management with insights from data.
