Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting leadership experience.
• Strong communication across all organizational levels.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience required.
• Paycor experience preferred.
• GAAP/IFRS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and decision support to the leadership team and stakeholders.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and management reports for multiple audiences.
• Establish KPIs and reports to measure business performance.
• Oversee month-end close, accruals, and budget vs actual reporting.
• Coordinate audits and tax filings with the CPA firm.
• Lead cash flow analysis and long-term planning.
• Design and optimize financial processes and timelines.
