Job summary

BEAVERCREEK is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee all billing and reimbursement activities in a skilled nursing setting. You will coordinate RFMS, Medicaid applications, and private pay AR while explaining complex coverage to residents and families with clarity and compassion.

The role requires strong organizational skills, teamwork with facility leadership, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of skilled nursing billing and payment; proficient with Microsoft products.
• Experience in a long-term care or healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and reimbursement functions for the facility.
• Manage RFMS processes and Medicaid/pending applications.
• Handle private pay accounts receivable and follow up on collections.
• Explain Medicare/Medicaid coverage and changes to residents and families clearly.
• Prepare NOMNCs and perform bank reconciliations.
• Serve as backup for Accounts Payable and coordinate with payors and leadership.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support interdisciplinary team on coverage concerns.
