Job summary

PACS Group in Beavercreek, OH is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee billing, reimbursement, and accounts receivable for our skilled nursing facility. You will work with residents and families to explain Medicare/Medicaid coverage, private insurance, and pending applications, while ensuring accurate documentation and financial records.

Qualifications

• RFMS and PCC experience in billing for skilled nursing.
• Medicaid pending applications and follow-up.
• Medicare/Medicaid coverage and private insurance experience.
• NOMNC processes, bank reconciliations, and Accounts Payable processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RFMS processes and reimbursement functions.
• Track Medicaid pending applications and follow up as needed.
• Manage private pay accounts receivable and collections.
• Explain Medicare/Medicaid coverage and payment options to residents and families.
• Prepare NOMNCs (Notices of Medicare Non-Coverage) as required.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support Accounts Payable.
