Job summary

NexHealth is seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to join the Finance team in San Francisco. You will own analytical workstreams across FP&A, business partnering, and analytics, collaborating with senior leaders and partnering with Sales, Operations, and the executive team.

This high-visibility role requires moving fast, digging into numbers, and translating insights into clear recommendations, with a track record of end-to-end project ownership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or a comparable high-rigor, fast-paced finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Own financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze pipeline performance, quota attainment, and revenue trends with GTM leaders.
• Partner with Operations to translate drivers into financial outcomes and improve unit economics.
• Build and maintain executive-level reporting and dashboards.
