NexHealth is seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to join the Finance team in San Francisco. You will own analytical workstreams across FP&A, business partnering, and analytics, collaborating with senior leaders and partnering with Sales, Operations, and the executive team.

As a Strategic Finance Associate, you will be a key contributor to how NexHealth allocates capital, evaluates strategic opportunities, and tells its financial story to internal and external stakeholders. You'll own analytical workstreams across FP&A, business partnering, and analytics — working directly with senior leaders and partnering across Sales, Operations, and the executive team.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just the base salary component of NexHealth’s total compensation package for employees. Other benefits may include stock options, an unlimited paid time off policy, and up to 100% coverage on medical, vision and dental insurance.

$106,000—$140,000 USD
