Chime is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join its Growth & Marketing Finance team in San Francisco. You will partner with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Data leaders to evaluate initiatives, measure performance, and inform strategic investments that drive scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Finance or related fields in a high-growth tech environment.
• Proficiency building scalable financial models; Looker and SQL a plus.
• Experience with cohort data and ROI analysis; familiarity with marketing ecosystem and KPIs.
• Excellent communication; ability to synthesize findings into concise insights.
• Strong ownership mindset; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Product leadership to support growth strategy discussions and measure impact of initiatives.
• Lead cohort-based analyses to identify performance trends and opportunities across acquisition and engagement.
• Evaluate risks/opportunities to growth plan by understanding marketing roadmap.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain clear reporting for business leaders to track progress.
• Support forecasting processes, systems, and tooling to reflect growth dynamics and scalability.
• Contribute to earnings prep and executive narratives with performance stories.
• Leverage automation and AI to enhance reporting and streamline workflows.
