Job summary

Autodesk seeks a Business Analytics Manager to support Go-to-Market Finance by driving data-informed strategy, building scalable analytics solutions and AI-enabled workflows that improve planning, forecasting and reporting.

The role leads analytics workstreams across Finance, Sales, Data Engineering, and operations; partners with stakeholders to clarify problems, prototypes solutions, and productionizes analytics with governance and clear impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 5-7+ years in analytical roles such as consulting, strategic finance, BizOps or data science.
• Advanced SQL with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI or similar).
• Experience partnering with Finance, GTM, or business leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics and AI-enabled workflow workstreams from problem framing to solution delivery.
• Partner with Finance to improve planning, forecasting and reporting workflows.
• Translate business challenges into analytical frameworks and data products.
• Design scalable dashboards, data models, and AI-ready datasets.
• Build prototypes for AI-enabled finance workflows and self-service reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineering and central data teams to productionize solutions.
• Define KPI frameworks and ensure alignment across teams.
• Communicate insights and roadmap tradeoffs to leadership.
