AccruePartners is seeking a senior analytics professional in Fort Mill, SC to partner with Finance leaders across FP&A, Accounting, and Operations Finance. The role sits at the intersection of Finance, Analytics, Data Engineering, and Governance to drive a transformation beyond traditional reporting.

You will collaborate with Director and VP-level leaders, shaping analytics strategy, prioritizing initiatives, and delivering measurable business impact through modern platforms like Power BI and

Competenze

• 6 to 10 years of experience across analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or finance analytics.
• Experience directly supporting Finance organizations including FP&A, Accounting, or Operations Finance.
• Strong Power BI experience with the ability to translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Technical proficiency with SQL and experience utilizing Python and/or R for statistical and advanced analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across both business and technical teams.
• Exposure to Databricks, modern data architectures, data governance, KPI standardization, forecasting, anomaly detection, or reporting transformation would be highly valuable.
