Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst - US Distribution within the MedTech DePuy Synthes organization. This role can be based in any of the DePuy Synthes office locations in the United States: West Chester, PA; Raynham, MA; Raritan, NJ; Warsaw, IN; Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

The Senior Financial Analyst will track financial performance, provide guidance to Distribution partners, and support forecasting, budgeting, and close processes with a focus on cost optimization and capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of finance business experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across all levels.
• Digital fluency with data analytics and digital tools required.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Track the organization's financial performance and provide financial guidance to Distribution business partners.
• Advise on budget management, resource allocation, and cost improvement opportunities.
• Lead financial forecasts (BP, JU, NU, Latest Thinkings) and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Ensure compliance and contribute to strategy with strong professional judgement.
