Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support US Distribution within the MedTech DePuy Synthes group. You will partner with distribution, warehousing, and transportation teams to drive financial performance, forecasting, and close processes.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to optimize expenditures and investments across multiple office locations in the US.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; MBA/CPA/CMA or other financial certification preferred.
• Demonstrated 3+ years of finance business experience with strong technical capabilities and partnership.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to think creatively and drive process improvements in a large, complex landscape.
• Proven digital fluency with data analytics and digital tools to improve decision making.
• Willingness to travel ~10% and operate across multiple US-based DePuy Synthes offices.

Responsibilities

• Track the organization’s financial performance and provide financial guidance to Distribution partners.
• Assist budget management and capital investment decisions for distribution, warehousing, and transportation teams.
• Complete financial forecasts, reporting, and analysis to influence decisions and strategy.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities including consolidation and reporting.
• Maintain strong compliance discipline and drive cost-to-serve improvements and inventory/utilization optimization.
• Join the Global Distribution Finance leadership team with high visibility across senior leadership.
