The candidate will influence strategy, ensure compliance, and partner with Global Distribution Finance leadership. Travel is approximately 10%. The position is based in the US at one of several DePuy Synthes offices including West Chester, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of finance business experience with strong technical capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work across a large, complex landscape.

Responsibilities

• Track financial performance of Distribution and provide guidance to partners.
• Assist with budget management, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close, consolidation, analysis, and reporting.
