Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst, US Joint Reconstruction Selling. The role serves as a business partner to the DePuy Synthes Commercial team, providing critical financial insights and influencing key decisions.

Preferred locations include New Jersey sites (Raritan, Titusville), Raynham, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, or West Chester, PA. Following the planned separation of Orthopaedics, you would join DePuy Synthes and work under its employment processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Certifications such as CPA, MBA, CMA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting for the Joint Reconstruction selling budget and manage selling expenses.
• Deliver detailed financial reporting and actionable insights to selling leadership.
• Develop and evaluate commission structures for the Joint Reconstruction selling organization.
• Build and manage relationships with cross-functional partners to support financial commitments.
• Provide financial guidance for ongoing projects and present insights to leadership.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close activities and SOX compliance.
• Adapt to evolving priorities across the Joint Reconstruction and DePuy Synthes teams.
