Job summary

38 Degrees North seeks an Analyst or Associate to join the Corporate & Strategic Finance team. You will contribute to corporate reporting, cash forecasting, FP&A, and corporate modeling, interfacing with leadership and cross-functional teams across development, asset management, EPC, and M&A.

Title is commensurate with experience. This role focuses on platform-level finance, including holdco debt facilities, board reporting, and investor communications, with exposure to strategic initiatives as

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of renewable energy and/or finance experience in corporate finance, FP&A, project finance, investment banking, or PE.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Strong passion for renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, and climate tech.
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel, including maintaining large, integrated models.
• Familiarity with credit agreements, covenant compliance, or lender reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the company’s corporate and equity models, building structure and process around updates and scenario analyses.
• Support management of holdco credit facility and other corporate debt, including modeling and lender reporting.
