Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join the Corporate & Strategic Finance team focused on corporate reporting, debt management, and FP&A for a growing renewables platform in San Francisco. The role interfaces with leadership and multiple internal teams including Project Finance, M&A, Development, and Asset Management.

Ideal candidates have a quantitative background, strong modeling skills, and a passion for climate tech.

Qualifications

2-5 years in renewable energy or finance roles.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related field.
Strong passion for renewable energy and climate tech.
Advanced financial modeling in Excel.
Familiarity with credit agreements or covenant reporting is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce or similar reporting tools is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and accountable under pressure.

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve corporate and equity models and run scenario analyses.
Support holdco credit facility management and debt reporting.
Prepare Board materials and quarterly investor reporting.
Co-lead weekly cash flow forecasting with Accounting and other teams.
Maintain Salesforce reports and project milestone tracking.
Support strategic projects as our client scales.
Collaborate with Development, Portfolio Management, EPC, and Asset Management teams.
