38 Degrees North seeks a proactive Analyst or Associate with technical, financial, and commercial experience to join its Asset Management Team. The role supports a growing portfolio of operating solar and battery storage assets, including performance analysis, reporting, cash management, and oversight of vendors.

Title will be determined by experience; you will interface with leadership and cross‑functional teams, build tools and processes, and help scale asset management as the portfolio grows.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 1–4+ years experience in renewable energy asset management, development, or investment.
• Ability to connect technical, operational, contractual, and financial factors to decisions.
• Proactive problem solver with strong analytical orientation.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support management of a portfolio of operating solar and battery storage assets and reporting.
• Review asset performance against plan, identify variance drivers.
• Prepare operational reporting for management, investors, lenders.
• Take ownership of financial models tracking investment performance.
• Manage cash flow, including payments, debt service, and distributions.
• Interface with O&M and customer management providers to address issues.
• Onboard new projects into asset management with cross‑functional teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and insurance renewal efforts.
• Develop best‑in‑class asset management processes as the portfolio scales.
