Job summary

Eaton in El Paso, TX is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to act as a strategic Finance Partner for the El Paso manufacturing facility. This onsite role supports month-end close, cost analysis, inventory controls, and performance reporting, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Engineering and Plant Leadership to drive profitability and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or Cost Accounting.
Experience with manufacturing operations and analyzing operational financial performance.

Responsibilities

Analyze variances between actual results, forecasts, budgets, and prior periods, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, and Procurement to improve overall business performance.
Support physical inventory counts and cycle count programs while ensuring compliance with inventory control procedures.
Monitor scrap and freight variances and provide actionable recommendations to operations leadership.
Ensure compliance with Eaton accounting policies, internal controls, and corporate financial procedures.
