Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Sr. Analyst on the Long Range Planning (LRP) team to support enterprise-wide financial targets under GAAP and IFRS. You will build and maintain analytical models and frameworks that help predict business outcomes, collaborating with FP&A, Accounting, and Financial Reporting.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence 3 days per week. You will develop a deep understanding of business drivers and communicate findings clearly to all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Accounting required.
• 2-4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting.
• Strong financial acumen with knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and US GAAP.
• Hands-on data transformation experience with Alteryx and SQL; reporting/visualization with Snowflake and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the enterprise-wide financial model supporting long-range planning and forecasts.
• Build and maintain complex financial models using business drivers from multiple sources.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and present findings clearly and concisely.
• Develop technical solutions to improve forecasting and reporting in the short and long term.
• Tailor model frameworks to improve forecasting and reporting for key accounts.
