Job summary

T-Mobile Growth Finance is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to design fuel-efficient driver-based forecasts for promotional spend and breakage in the BTS consumer business. You’ll leverage SQL, Excel, SAS/R and BI tools to turn data into actionable insights for Marketing and Finance leadership.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, refine models, and deliver dashboards and reports that influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, statistics or related field.
4-7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting or Budgeting.
Experience with wireless telecom or BTS knowledge is preferred.
Experience with SAP/BPC, Hyperion or equivalent reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Refine and develop forecasting models for Promotional Spend and Breakage.
Design, test, and implement data enhancements and reports.
Synthesize findings into business drivers and provide actionable recommendations.
Develop strong client relationships within Finance, Product and Marketing teams.
Coordinate consolidation of financial outcomes, reports, and presentations.
Interface with Finance, Product, Marketing and Accounting leaders to inform decisions.
