Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Analyst on the Long Range Planning (LRP) team to shape the company’s financial strategy by supporting enterprise targets under GAAP and IFRS.

You will build analytical frameworks and models and collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Financial Reporting, and others to monitor progress toward short- and long-term goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/economics/finance/accounting is required.
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and US GAAP.
• 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, forecasting, or budgeting.
• Hands-on data transformation with Alteryx and SQL; reporting/visualization with Snowflake/PowerBI.
• Able to distill large data into actionable insights and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the enterprise-wide financial model supporting long-range and forecast horizons.
• Build and maintain complex financial models using business drivers and data sources.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and present analytical findings clearly.
• Develop solutions to drive forecasting and reporting enhancements for forecasts and monthly actuals.
• Develop understanding of key accounts/customers and tailor frameworks for forecasting improvements.
