• Advanced Excel and basic forecasting and investment analysis knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create, improve, and maintain financial projection models for the organization.
• Develop tools for leaders to analyze investments, staffing, pricing, and other financial decisions.
• Support financial analysis related to mergers, investments, and due diligence.
• Analyze loan product pricing relative to cost of funds, benchmarks, and profitability.
• Prepare clear recommendations and present findings to senior leaders and committees.
• Back-test assumptions used by Self-Help teams in models and forecasts.
• Identify drivers of variance and improve forecasting methodologies.
• Maintain documentation of assumptions, methodologies, and validation outcomes.
• Assist with market research and asset management for multifamily affordable housing preservation.
