Self-Help is seeking a Commercial Lending Program Associate in Durham, NC to manage the pipeline and marketing of three Affordable Housing Loan Funds across Wake County, Chapel Hill, and Durham. You will vet borrower financials and collaborate with stakeholders to advance affordable housing opportunities.

2 years of professional experience in a relevant field.

Ability to analyze financial statements and operating projections.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Manage pipeline and marketing of three Affordable Housing Loan Funds in Wake County, Chapel Hill, and Durham.
Vet prospective borrowers’ financials and project viability.
Build relationships with affordable housing stakeholders.
Prepare Letters of Interest (LOIs) and term sheets for borrowers.
Support budgeting, invoicing, and program compliance tracking.
