Job summary

Housing Works is seeking a Financial Analyst to support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across healthcare services, grants, and programs. The role develops financial models, cash flows, and business cases to aid executive decision‑making and growth initiatives.

Reporting to the SVP of Finance, you will partner with operations and leadership to analyze profitability, optimize working capital, and prepare boards and leadership presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Experience building budgets and long‑range plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range plans.
• Monitor performance against budget and identify variances.
• Develop monthly reporting packages for leadership.
• Analyze departmental revenues, expenses, and program performance.
• Build complex financial models and multi‑year forecasts.
• Support due diligence for strategic transactions.
