Job summary

Ventura Foods is seeking a finance professional to join our team as a financial analyst focused on forecasting, budgeting and strategic projects. You will develop models, track performance metrics, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate analyses.

You will work on capital planning, FFG tracking, and system enhancements to improve efficiencies and adopt best practices across the plant finance group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting, financial analysis, modeling & reporting experience.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel & PowerPoint required.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening skills required.
• CMA or MBA a plus; experience with JDE, AS400, BI a plus.
• Food manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and LE analysis; support budget and rolling forecast processes.
• Develop financial models to streamline analysis and reporting.
• Identify process efficiencies in reporting and analysis.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses, modeling and presentations.
• Benchmark performance to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Support CapEx planning, CI projects, and audits post-completion.
