Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking a strategic finance professional to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning. You will build financial models, analyze performance, and partner with operations to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of FP&A or related analytical experience.
• Knowledge of international currency markets and FX impacts on operations.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Experience with mid-market ERP, preferably Microsoft Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational results, develop forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare management reports and support long-term planning.
• Manage annual operating plan and coordinate budgets with functional leaders.
• Develop integrated financial models for P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare financial analyses and business cases for initiatives and investments.
• Run monthly and quarterly rolling forecast cycles; report risks and opportunities.
• Analyze variances with Accounting and business teams; provide insights.
• Maintain multi-year financial plans to support growth and strategy.
• Evaluate opportunities and projects via financial modeling and cash flow analysis.
• Set operating targets with leaders and provide financial guidance.
• Define, track, and report KPIs; identify opportunities to automate reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses, reports, and presentations.
