Housing Works is seeking a Financial Analyst reporting to the SVP of Finance. The role supports strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support across Healthcare, grants, retail, housing, and related programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range financial plans.
• Monitor organizational performance against budget and identify key revenue, expense, and operational variances.
• Develop monthly financial reporting packages and dashboards for executive leadership.
• Perform detailed financial analysis of departmental revenues, expenses, staffing costs, productivity metrics, and program performance.
• Partner with department leaders to identify revenue enhancement opportunities and cost containment strategies.
• Build valuation models and financial analyses related to acquisitions, affiliations, partnerships, and corporate restructuring initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts; analyze working capital and liquidity metrics.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations for the Board and executives.
