The position involves preparing financial reports and dashboards, aiding budgeting and planning, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in data management/analysis.
• Experience in construction-related discipline is preferred.
• Experience with government automated systems (NexGen IT, FM Suite) is a plus.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage SharePoint sites and information assets.
• Develop weekly announcements using PDF form.
• Perform data entry and analyses.
• Conduct trend analyses and forecasting for funding.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives.
